What is your process for printing shirts?

Birch House Clothing Co. uses a DTG (direct to garment) printer. Direct-to-garment printing uses a high-tech inkjet printer to print digital designs and images directly onto a garment. DTG is also environmentally friendly, non-toxic water-based inks and the process is highly energy efficient.

What is the minimum order?

With DTG printing there is no minimum order. You can print 1-1,000,000,00000000.

What is your turn around time?

For in stock items our turn around is 5-7 business days. For customer orders we ask for 7-10 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated by request for an additional fee.

Caring for your shirt

For best results turn your items inside out and wash with cold water. You may also tumble dry on low. For black or darker colored shirts we use a pretreat solution for the ink to bind to. Wash before wearing.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your shirt. Exchanges are welcome unless it is a custom made item. Returns will be handled on case by case basis.

What kinds of items can you print on?

We can print shirts, onesies, dog bandanas, tote bags, pillowcases, jean jackets and more. Have a question about what we can print?! Just ask!!

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! We love to help with custom orders. We have done orders for bachelorette parties, business shirts, Disney cruises, girls trips and so much more. We specialize in school spirit wear and team shirts. We can also print photographs on shirts for those one of a kind special occasions.
